Clinical Hypnotherapy Applications

.Most of us would like to think that our actions and reactions are as a result of conscious, logical thought processes. But the largest and most dominant part of our mind is the subconscious. Although the conscious mind might appear to be in control, it is in fact heavily influenced by the desires of the subconscious, determining not only our behaviour and emotions, but also pain and illness.

That is why you can rationalise the need to remain calm, stop smoking, eat less etc., but if the subconscious does not want you to change, it will perpetuate your problem.

Symptoms could be habitual, behavioural, emotional or even physical. It would be impossible to list all of the symptoms that can be successfully treated by Hypnotherapy, so the following is just an example.
